BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch laid out his vision for 2011 today in his annual State of the City address.

During the address, the mayor expanded on an idea of a master plan for the city's parks.  Finch also touched on creating "pocket parks," which he described as green spaces that are meant to replace unsightly concrete and asphalt.

Officials say it is a plan that would create new projects and move existing projects, such as Steel Point, forward.

Finch says the money and the plan could take at least one year to be finalized.
