BRIDGEPORT - A busy intersection in Bridgeport has been the site of a number of serious accidents, police say.

During the overnight hours, police responded to a less serious crash at Fairview Avenue and Main Street.

No one was seriously hurt.

The crash happened in the same location as the Father's Day tragedy that kill Felipe "Petey" Soto, of Stamford. He was killed after police say a driver slammed into his car. The driver was going so fast that the impact split his car in two.
