BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police are searching for three men who held up a neighborhood market at gunpoint.

Police say the masked men burst into Sunshine Market on the corner of Maplewood Avenue and Lenox Avenue around 9:45 p.m. Thursday and took $900 in cash.

Police say the men ran off, but it's believed that they jumped into a waiting car.

Police say the men damaged the store's surveillance video, but they were still able to get footage from a damaged hard drive. They hope to release surveillance footage soon that shows the armed robbery.
