Bridgeport police release video of burglary-spree suspect

BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police have released surveillance video of a man they say is behind up to 30 burglaries throughout the north end of the city.

According to police, the crime spree dates back to the start of the summer with the suspect targeting both businesses and residences. They say the most recent burglary occurred about a month ago at K&J Grocery on Grand Street.

Officers say the total loss of all the burglaries totals in the tens of thousands of dollars.
