BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police say the state medical examiner will need to use dental records to identify the man whose body was found in a burned out home last week.

It was the city's first homicide of the year.

Police are investigating the fire, the body found on the third floor a day later and a shooting near the Worth Street home.

So far, no connection has been made between the incidents.
