BRIDGEPORT - Two Bridgeport schools will receive hundreds of thousands of dollars from the state to help them improve.

State Senators Andres Ayala and Anthony Musto say the grants were approved by the State Bond Commission yesterday. The funding will help support the Curiale School and Bullard-Havens Technical High School.

The grants will be used to pay for repairs and improvements to school grounds, as well as new educational equipment.
