BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport school officials say several elementary students were treated at the hospital Wednesday after being pricked by needles brought to school by another student.

One Hallen School parent News 12 spoke with says her son was pricked with a needle and then threatened not to tell anyone.

School officials say three students were pricked and when they questioned the accused student this morning, they found five needles on him. They say all the students affected were treated by a doctor.

Parents say they want answers as to how a student was able to bring needles into the building and why no one stopped him.
