BRIDGEPORT - The brother of a Bridgeport murder victim spoke publicly for the first time today about his fight for justice.

Rondell Miley spoke on behalf of his late brother Ronald Miley, who was killed at Marina Village at 7-33 South Ave. in 2009.

Miley says he is protecting his brother Ronald's right to have his killer brought to justice. He says no matter what happens, the killer will pay for his crime.

News 12 Connecticut has also obtained an exclusive advanced copy of the cold case report that is due to be released by authorities next week in an effort to track down Ronald's killer.

Miley says investigators have told him that they made an arrest in the case, but were forced to let the man go due to a lack of evidence.
