Cablevision reporting e-mail problems

BETHPAGE, NY - Cablevision is reporting a slowdown of service for its Optimum Online e-mail service.

Many customers have reported to News 12 Connecticut that they have been unable to access their e-mail since yesterday.

Cablevision has released a statement saying they "located the problem and expect to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers, and we will update this announcement as more information becomes available. "
