CONNECTICUT - With the general election race under way, candidates for Connecticut's U.S. Senate seat are already engaging in a no-holds-barred campaign.

Republican candidate Linda McMahon and Democratic hopeful and current Attorney General Richard Blumenthal are out on the campaign trail, speaking to residents all over southwestern Connecticut. However, it didn't take long for the attacks to begin.

Just one day after primary elections, voters woke up to a YouTube video highlighting McMahon's past as World Wrestling Entertainment?s CEO, taking part in some questionable acts on television. Meanwhile, Republicans have begun to openly question Blumenthal's military service history.
