BRIDGEPORT - The Bridgeport man convicted of killing his neighbor in a fight over loud music was sentenced to 20 years in prison today.
Cargil Nicholson was found guilty of first-degree manslaughter back in April for stabbing James Cleary Jr. during an altercation in March 2012.
Nicholson showed little emotion during testimony from the victim's family, but broke down when his fiancee told the judge how deeply the crime affected her life.
