STAMFORD - The man acquitted yesterday in the murder of Greenwich developer Andrew Kissel still faces problems.

Carlos Trujillo could be deported to Colombia.

The jury was deadlocked on a charge of attempted murder in the case and prosecutors could decide to retry him on that charge.

Trujillo remains behind bars while prosecutors decide what to do.
