A carnival opens today at Walnut Beach to help the fund created for the teen killed at Jonathan Law High School.

MILFORD - A carnival opens today at Walnut Beach in Milford to help the fund created for the teen killed at Jonathan Law High School.

Police say Maren Sanchez, 16, was stabbed to death by another classmate last month.

Proceeds from the carnival will go to the Maren Sanchez Memorial Fund.

The carnival runs today through Saturday.
