BRIDGEPORT - Hundreds of high school students celebrated in Bridgeport today after receiving their high school diplomas.

The graduates say Central High School was a practice ground for the talents they will need to get ahead, and a proving ground for the skill sets that will help them get there.

Students lined up in the hallway before the ceremony, and put their best foot forward on a memorable day of tassels and tears.

Students say they couldn't have accomplished so much if it weren't for their fellow graduates.
