Charges dropped against Fairfield Rep. Brenda Kupchick

FAIRFIELD - Domestic violence charges have been dropped against Fairfield state Rep. Brenda Kupchick.

Kupchick had been accused of assaulting her sister at a family picnic back in August.

A prosecutor told a judge yesterday the state will not pursue misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct charges against her.
