NORWALK - Some Norwalk real estate owners who have failed to pay their taxes are about to see their property sold.

At 5 p.m. Monday, the city began auctioning off 20 properties it had seized to a stream of willing buyers at the Norwalk Concert Hall.

The tax collector?s office said that at one point there were 191 properties on the list, but most of the owners paid off their debt.
