Closing arguments today in Richard Roszkowski death penalty case

BRIDGEPORT - Final arguments are scheduled for today in the sentencing phase for the man convicted of a triple murder in Bridgeport.

Richard Roszkowski was convicted in 2009 of fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend, her daughter and another man in 2006.

A jury sentenced him to death but the state overturned the penalty because of an error made during jury instructions.

He could face the death penalty a second time.
