NORWALK - Members of the community gathered at Rowayton Elementary School last night to honor the 26 victims killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School three weeks ago.

People who attended say they joined in releasing 26 paper lanterns into the sky to show their support for the victims and their families.

The event was organized by Melissa Stefanowicz and her daughter, who say they felt compelled to do something for the victims.
