NEW HAVEN - Rail riders have another chance today to speak out about plans to raise fares on Metro-North.

Under the governor's proposal, a train ride from South Norwalk to Grand Central station would cost $11.20, up a $1.55 from the current price.

Today's hearings in New Haven are set to take place at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Hall of Records on Orange Street.
