STAMFORD - Dozens of teams walked up stairs today to raise money for the American Lung Association, as part of the fifth annual Fight for Air Climb.
More than 200 people participated in the vertical road race, ascending the 33 floors and 571 steps to reach the top of the Trump Parc Stamford high-rise building.
Firefighters from across the region also the climbed the stairs wearing full gear to raise funds.
Everyone News 12 spoke to conquered the tower in less than six minutes.
All of the proceeds from the event will go toward education, research and advocacy in the fight against lung disease.
