NORWALK - Police are investigating burglaries at two Woodbridge homes early Thursday morning.

According to officials, intruders broke into a home on Pleasant Hill road between 1 and 2 a.m, while the homeowners were sleeping. A second home less than a half mile away on Manville Road was also burglarized around the same time.

In both cases, pocketbooks and small electronics were stolen. According to one homeowner, the thieves were able to get inside after breaking into their car and finding the remote control for the garage door.
