Cops release photos of Bridgeport ATM robber

BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police have released surveillance photos of a possible serial criminal that held up an ATM user at knifepoint last week.

Police say the suspect robbed a customer using the ATM at the People's United Bank ATM last Tuesday. There is no word on how much money was taken or if the victim was injured.

Authorities believe the man may be responsible for other robberies around the city.

Anyone with information on the suspect or robbery is asked to contact Bridgeport Detective Robert Winkler at 203-581-5224.
