STRATFORD - Police are trying to track down the man who stabbed another man at an apartment complex in Stratford this morning.

Police say they received a call about an assault at around 9:40 a.m. that had happened at the complex by Canaan Court and Success Avenue. Crews arrived at the scene and found a young man who had been stabbed multiple times.

The victim was taken to Bridgeport Hospital, where he's currently listed in stable condition.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a white male with short, dark hair who was possibly in his 20s. He was wearing a white T-shirt and was unshaven.

Investigators say they're still unsure if the incident was targeted or random.
