BRIDGEPORT - There was a crowded courtroom in Bridgeport as the man accused of a double shooting went before a judge.

Efrain Rivera, 39, was arraigned on murder charges Monday afternoon.

Police say he shot Miguel Martinez and Jose Martinez during an argument this weekend. Miguel Martinez died from his injuries.

Investigators say the brothers had confronted Rivera about threats he'd recently made.
