REDDING - Crews around the region are preparing for slick roads overnight following Wednesday’s nor’easter that coated southwestern Connecticut with snow.

Temperatures are expected to dip below freezing, leading to the possibility of black ice.

Communities say they will have road crews at the ready to salt the roads.
