NORWALK - The recent apparent suicide of a Rutgers University freshman, 18-year-old Tyler Clementi, has opened up a conversation on cyber-bullying.

Clementi jumped to his death off the George Washington Bridge after his roommate had allegedly secretly streamed a video of him having a sexual encounter with a man.

Part of the cyber problem, according to therapist Ed Moran, of Family Centers, is that anyone can stream video at anytime.

To prevent this from happening to you or your children, make sure your privacy settings on Facebook are not set to default. If they are, the settings allow everybody to see your status and your posts.
