NORWALK - A gardener in Norwalk who has worked to beautify Ryan Park with her own time and money says daffodil bulbs she ordered were stolen from her doorstep.

Ganga Duleep says UPS records show the daffodil bulbs she purchased to plant in the Raymond Street park were delivered, but the bulbs were missing from her doorstep. Neighbors say Duleep saved the park from commercial development by planting flowers and cleaning it up.

Some residents who heard about the theft donated hundreds of daffodil bulbs so Duleep can still plant flowers.
