Delays frustrate Metro-North commuters

STAMFORD - Commuters experienced delays again this morning on Metro-North's New Haven line.

Troubles started Wednesday night when a snapped wire stranded passengers for hours in Westport.

Then last night, a computer system power problem forced the railroad to stop trains on three of its five lines, including the New Haven Line.

Metro-North officials say they are still looking into the cause of last night's power failure
