NORWALK - Metro-North is warning commuters that there could be more weather-related delays today.

Meanwhile, Metro-North also says it's cutting trains on the New Haven Line because there aren't enough working cars to run regular service.

The railroad says it will cut 10 percent of its trains during the morning and rush hour commutes starting Monday to ensure more reliable service.

Officials say the severe winter weather has taken its toll on the 40-year-old cars and that 150 of their 320 cars are in the shop.
