?I played with [Paloetta] that evening and was sitting out a game as he was playing a second game,? says Lotstein. ?..there was another gentleman sitting on a bench watching him the whole time.?

Police say the man they are seeking is Hispanic, in his early 20s, between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches with long sideburns.
