FAIRFIELD - The trial for the man accused of killing two Fairfield jewelers will pause for the rest of the week before resuming Monday.

Yesterday, Chris DiMeo broke down as the victims' son Eric Donnelly identified his parents' autopsy photos.

The jury also heard how DiMeo said he robbed the store to help support his heroin addiction and how he said he didn't remember what happened after the gunfire.

DiMeo is accused of killing Tim and Kim Donnelly in their Fairfield jewelry store in 2005.
