Prosecutor voluntarily decided to stop pursuing charges against Paul Simon and his wife.

NORWALK - Court officials say the disorderly conduct case against  Paul Simon and Edie Brickell's was nolled this afternoon.

That means the prosecutor voluntarily decided to stop pursuing charges against them.

Both were arrested in April after police say they had a domestic dispute inside a cottage at their home in New Canaan.
