STAMFORD - The state DMV's satellite offices reopened today.

The DMV temporarily closed its Milford, Stamford, Derby and Middletown centers last month.

Officials moved those employees to the main offices to help with the huge crowds after a weeklong shutdown during a computer upgrade.

The DMV says the Milford branch will have the same hours it did before, and the Stamford branch remains by appointment only.
