MILFORD - Court documents show a Milford police officer who crashed into another car and killed two teenagers in June was driving 95 miles per hour at the time of the crash.

An arrest warrant for Officer Jason Anderson, who has been charged with manslaughter and reckless driving, was issued. Investigators say Anderson had his accelerator pushed to the floor.

Jim Diamond, a criminal defense attorney on the case, says Anderson wasn't responding to a call and, based on the dash cam video from a second police cruiser, authorities know he was also speeding. Diamond says it may be possible the two were racing.

A second arrest warrant details eyewitness accounts of a party that David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski apparently attended before the crash. The warrant reveals conflicting information about whether Servin and Krakowski drank at the party and when they left to go home.
