Norwalk police say a drained pool is to blame for a series of crashes. Officials say a pool company was draining a pool at Flax

NORWALK - Norwalk police say a drained pool is to blame for a series of crashes.

Officials say a pool company was draining a pool at Flax Hill Road and Keeler Avenue this morning, and the water got onto the road and froze.

A public works truck and three cars were involved.

There is no word yet if anyone was hurt.

Police say the pool company could face charges for emptying the water into the street.
