BRIDGEPORT - The woman accused of severely injuring a motorcyclist in Stratford last week in a hit-and-run accident pleaded not guilty today in court.

Courtney Holifield, 35, is accused of striking David Weiler and then driving away on Aug. 21.

Holifield's attorney, Thomas Cotter, says that his client is from California and doesn't know the area, but quickly turned herself in after realizing what happened.
