NORWALK - Attorney General Richard Blumenthal and Rep. Jim Himes (D-4th District) are warning drivers not to fall victim to gas fraud over the holiday weekend.

Blumenthal says some gas stations are counting on customers to be careless during the July 4th weekend and are ripping them off at the pump. He says drivers may end up paying more than they think and not realize it.

Blumenthal urges anyone who thinks they've been a victim of fraud at the pump to call his office at (860) 808-5400.
