Crews in Easton spent much of the day clearing graphic graffiti on signs and walls along Eden Hill Road.

First Selectman Adam Dunsby says the representations of hate and obscurity that the graffiti depicted have no place in Easton, and he doesn't want visitors to see that as a welcome sign.

Many Jewish members of the community had voiced concerns regarding the anti-Semitic language and symbols covering many street signs. Rabbi Stephen Schulman, of the Jewish Senior Center in Bridgeport, said any such act is too much, even if it's done by a young person that doesn't fully understand it.

Some neighbors told News 12 they think a town meeting should be held to address the vandalism.
