A Bridgeport man is in custody accused of shooting his neighbor in the face. Police say Ernest Morales shot his neighbor during an argument Sunday

BRIDGEPORT - A Bridgeport man is in custody accused of shooting his neighbor in the face.

Police say Ernest Morales shot his neighbor during an argument Sunday night.

They say an officer recognized Morales during a traffic stop on Monday.

The shooting happened at the victim's home on Clarence Street.

Police say he was shot in the cheek.
