FAIRFIELD - State police say the owner of a Connecticut construction company is now facing multiple charges after a DUI incident.

Police say David Brennan, 45, of Fairfield, plowed through a construction site on the Merritt Parkway near Exit 48 in Trumbull last week forcing workers to jump out of the way.

They say Brennan sped off, but police eventually boxed him in with their cruisers.

Police say they had to use a Taser on him because he refused to surrender.
