Investigators spent Tuesday night re-creating what happened during the violent crash on Kings Highway last week in an effort to determine the driver’s speed.

Police say Rosa Blanca Chavarria-Medina had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit when she sped off the I-95 exit 24 ramp, hit several cars and crashed into a Cumberland Farms gas station.
