FAIRFIELD - Fairfield University dedicated its midday Mass to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.

School officials say that one of the people killed was a relative of a member of the school's community. In addition, many of the students and faculty have loved ones who took part in the race.

School officials say that in addition to the spiritual support that is being offered, they also have counselors available for anyone who needs them.

School officials are not identifying the victim whose relative is a member of this community to protect that person's privacy.
