BRIDGEPORT - Police are asking for help in the search for a young woman from Bridgeport who has been missing for a week.

Investigators say Courtney Davis, 22, was last seen on Dec. 8 in a taxi on her way home from work at a Trumbull mall.

Family members say they are distraught, but are trying to remain positive. They say calls to Davis' cell phone go right to her voice mail, and she left all of her belongings at home.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact Bridgeport police at 203-576-7671.
