MONROE - A Monroe family is holding a fundraiser this weekend to try and raise money for a diabetes alert dog. Two-year-old Aidan Sgandurra was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. His family needs $20,000 to buy a pooch that would be able to sense Aidan's low blood sugar and alert his parents.
