Family sues Milford and city police after death of their son

The parents of one of the teenagers from Orange killed in a crash with a speeding Milford police officer back in 2009 is reportedly suing

MILFORD - The parents of one of the teenagers from Orange killed in a crash with a speeding Milford police officer back in 2009 is reportedly suing the city, the officer, and the police department.

The Connecticut Post reports Frank and Susan Servin are seeking unspecified damages for the deaths of their son, David, and his friend, Ashlee Krakowski.

Officer Jason Anderson was going 94 miles an hour when he broadsided the couple's car.

Anderson has been charged with manslaughter.
