BRIDGEPORT - A variety store was robbed Friday morning where Billy Casalduc and two customers were held at gunpoint and Billy?s father, Louis, is praying for his son?s safety.

Louis Casalduc says his son and two customers were held at gunpoint by three men at around 3:30 on Friday morning. Billy says their hands and legs were tied around their backs.

Officials say several incidents have occurred at El Remolino over the years. Two months ago, 24-year-old Orlando Pizzaro was murdered at El Remolino, which is only open at night. According to officials, another man was shot and killed outside El Remolino in 2006.

Billy Casalduc says he must keep the store open late to make ends meet financially.
