Felicia Langley pleads guilty in theft, arson
NORWALK - A Norwalk woman could spend up to a year behind bars for stealing a wedding dress from her ex-boyfriend's new wife and then setting his home on fire.
Felicia Langley pleaded guilty yesterday to starting the fire on Greenwich Avenue in Stamford in 2012.
Investigators say Langley was angry because her ex married her cousin.
