GREENWICH - FEMA officials toured parts of Greenwich today that were hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy.

Agency representatives walked along Sound Beach Avenue to inform residents whether they'd qualify for grants or low-interest loans. They say income does not determine a household's eligibility for disaster assistance.

Officials say, once residents register for assistance, they will be scheduled for an assessment appointment.
