Fight over Newtown 911 calls continues

NEWTOWN - The battle over whether 911 tapes from the Newtown massacre should be released continues.

A task force is looking into the debate.

Bill Sherlach, whose wife Mary was killed in the shootings, suggests officials release a written transcript instead, as a compromise.

The state's Freedom of Information Commission ordered the release of the recordings, but a prosecutor has said the ruling will be appealed.
