BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport voters are deciding whether Democratic Mayor Bill Finch will get a second term, or if City Hall will go to one of two challengers.

It was just one year ago that the city ran out of ballots in the statewide gubernatorial election.

It prompted a recount and raised questions about the city's election preparedness.

Finch says those problems have been addressed through upgrades in the registrars office and through extra training.

Finch is up against Black Rock Republican businessman Rick Torres and independent Jeffery Kohut. Connecticut Vote 2011 - Complete Election Results
